This is achieved by drawing from the knowledge of members like ourselves, whose expertise stems directly from the Plumbing and Mechanical Industry.

UPC (Uniform Plumbing Code) was designed to provide consumers with piece of mind in a safe and sanitary bathing system. Such codes are based on requirements for the safety, health, and quality of life of building users and neighbors. The UPC Shield is applied to our products that are certified by IAPMO as complying with BOTH the product's performance standard AND the Uniform Plumbing Code.

UL (Underwriters Laboratory) has been testing and certifying consumer products for safety and reliable operation for over 100 years, earning them the undisputed reputation as the world's most prestigious and reliable product testing facility. The UL Mark on our product means that UL has tested and evaluated samples of our product and determined that they meet UL requirements. Under a variety of programs our products are periodically checked by UL at our manufacturing facility to make sure they continue to meet UL requirements. The UL Marks may be only used on or in connection with our products certified by UL and under the terms of written agreement with UL.

The BBB (Better Business Bureau) gather's and reports information on business reliability, alerting the public to frauds against consumers and businesses as well as providing information on ethical business practices. The BBB will act as mutually trusted intermediaries between consumers and businesses to resolve disputes. Our Rating is A+.
